C2EX, NAR’s innovative professional endorsement program, is now available as a mobile app, accessible anywhere, anytime. This enhanced platform includes a digital coach to guide and motivate you throughout your endorsement journey.

Tailor your development plan to fit your schedule, with concise, actionable content designed to integrate into your daily tasks. The digital coach helps you focus on topics suited to your growth, offering guidance, tips, and support along the way. Additionally, Real Life Experiences within the app let you apply your expertise in real-world scenarios.

C2EX Is a Code of Ethics Training Equivalency
As of November 2019, earning the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement satisfies NAR's Code of Ethics training requirement.

Note: C2EX does not qualify for Continuing Education (CE) credits. For CE information, contact your state or local REALTOR® association.

FAQs

How do I access the C2EX program?
Visit NAR.realtor/C2EX to download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

What if I started the program on a computer?
While desktop access is no longer available, you can continue your progress on the C2EX mobile app using your NAR login credentials. For support, contact C2EX staff at C2EX@nar.realtor or 888-299-9669.

Can I use the program on a desktop or tablet?
No, the program is available exclusively on mobile smartphones.

How long does it take to complete?
C2EX is self-paced, with an average completion time of 10 hours over two weeks.

What does the program cost?
The program is included in your NAR dues—no additional cost!

Can I get my endorsement materials emailed?
Access endorsement materials in the app under the “Endorsement” section. Contact C2EX@nar.realtor for assistance if needed.

Can association staff complete C2EX?
Yes! Association staff are encouraged to earn their endorsement. Learn more via the C2EX Association Staff webinar at NAR.realtor/C2EX/webinar.

How does renewal work?
The endorsement is valid for three years, aligning with the Code of Ethics cycle. The app will notify you of renewal requirements and guide you through the process.

Can I get CE credit for completing C2EX?
Check with your local licensing body. Updates on CE credit availability are expected in late 2024.

How do I access a roster of endorsed members?
Managing brokers and association staff can access member rosters through the C2EX admin portal at C2EX.realtor.

Where can I get my pin?
Pins are available through your state or local association or at NAR events such as REALTORS® Legislative Meetings or NAR NXT.
