I don’t come to real estate from sales — I come to it from people.
For more than two decades I’ve led teams, counseled families through crisis, and walked with individuals through life-altering decisions. Whether in healthcare or ministry, my calling has always been the same: bring clarity when people feel overwhelmed, advocate when they feel unheard, and act with integrity when the stakes are high.
That’s why I chose real estate.
Buying or selling a home isn’t about winning a deal — it’s about stewarding someone’s story. First-time buyers stepping into the unknown. Families letting go of a house filled with memories. Sellers who need honesty, not pressure. I believe our role as REALTORS® is not to control outcomes, but to faithfully serve the people entrusted to us.
I am known for being thoughtful, relational, and direct. I ask hard questions, tell the truth, and stay present when decisions feel heavy. My background in leadership development and volunteer training has shaped how I collaborate — I don’t just work transactions, I build trust and healthy partnerships.
